30-day return window
Eligible ducts may be returned within 30 days of delivery. Contact support@Cinderveil .com before sending an item back.
Return condition
For a standard return, the duct must be unused, unmodified, complete, and returned with original packaging and included parts where applicable. Installed, altered, cut, spliced, damaged, or incomplete ducts are generally not eligible for a standard change-of-mind return.
Compatibility and fitment
Compatibility can depend on year, make, model, trim, factory radio, connectors, and installed options. We strongly recommend confirming compatibility before installation.
Defective or incorrect items
If an item is incorrect or defective on arrival, contact us mptly. For an ap ved return or replacement caused by an incorrect or defective item, Cinderveil will cover reasonable return or replacement shipping.
Change-of-mind returns
For an otherwise eligible return not caused by our error or a duct defect, the customer is responsible for return shipping. We do not charge a restocking fee on eligible standard returns.
Refund timing
After an ap ved return is received and inspected, the refund will normally be initiated within 5–10 business days to the original payment method. The payment vider may require additional time to post the credit.
